Upon receipt of payment, JasperStats will provide statistical scoring service for fantasy or rotisserie league baseball, according to terms laid out in the JasperStats World Wide Web site. JasperStats offers a 40-day money back guarantee. If a subscribing league is for any reason dissatisfied, the commissioner may request a full refund any time on or before May 9, 1998. Subscribers wishing to terminate their contract with JasperStats for any reason after May 9, 1998, and on or before July 9, 1998 (the end of the All-Star break) may do so and be eligible for a pro-rated refund for that portion of the season not played. JasperStats will not make any refunds after the All-Star break unless the complainant can show valid cause that JasperStats is not meeting the terms of this agreement. JasperStats liability for late or inaccurate stats are limited to those instances which are not the responsibility of JasperStats' contractual suppliers of raw stats and web space. In any event, JasperStats' liability is limited to the refund of the fees paid by the subscribers. Resale or commercial transfer of JasperStats reports, or any products or services derived from JasperStats reports (not including distribution of reports to paid members of subscribing leagues), is prohibited and subject to civil penalty.
